You’ve built something real and it’s making a difference.

The concept is proven. The revenue is coming in. From the outside, you’re the success story other women ask about over coffee.

So why does it feel like this?

You’re the one trying to hold the vision whilst still doing at least half the doing. You can’t step away for a week without it wobbling somewhere. The business you built to give yourself freedom has started depending on you for everything.

It’s not that you’re short on ideas. In fact, you’ve got more of those than you’ll ever action. You’re not short on effort either. If hard work alone were the answer, you’d have cracked this years ago.

What you’re short on is space. Breathing room. Time to lift your head, see the big picture and decide what actually matters next instead of just doing the next thing on the list.

You’re not alone.  It’s what happens to every capable women founder who scales on her own effort and energy. The busier you get, the less time you have to think, and the less you think, the busier you get. Round and round we go…

The Leap is where you step off the roundabout and level up.

The next level doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from doing the right things, and having the clarity to know which things those are.

Every founder that has successfully scaled has had the moment where they got clear on what they should stop doing, as well as what they should start.  Where she’s assessed what’s working, and created a clear plan for growth.

That’s what these two days give you.

Clarity.  Alignment.  And joy in your business again.

What actually happens across the two days

What you’ll leave with

Unlike most business events which fill you with great ideas that don’t quite fit your business model and that you’ll never have time to implement- The Leap is different.  You’ll leave with:

  • Your completed Profit Gap Report. A clear, numbers-based picture of the profit sitting untapped in your business, and exactly where it’s hiding.
  • Expense savings you can find immediately.  Most founders identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary costs by around 10%.This alone will more than cover the cost of attending and the time you’ve taken out. And it goes  straight to the bottom line.
  • Clarity on your High Impact Activities. You’ll identify the 20% of offers, clients and activities driving most of your results, so you know what to protect and what to let go.
  • Your One-page Business Plan. A fully documented version of your vision, 12-month strategy, and the three-month priorities you’ll start the day you get home.
  • Renewed clarity on why you’re doing any of this. You’ll bring your mission back into focus, so the plan pulls you forward instead of weighing you down.
  • Strategic direction on the greatest business challenge you’re currently facing.  In the masterminding session your colleagues will help you formulate a clear strategy and plan that is stress-checked and ready to roll out.
  • Business friendships that will last a lifetime.  You’ll get connected to an extraordinarily capable and intelligent group of women who care about the world and each other, and love geeking out on business together

Your mentor: Dr Joanna Martin

Jo started out as a doctor before finding her calling in coaching and business.  Her passion for that calling burned her out so completely that she realised the model she was following, work harder, sacrifice more, prove yourself, was not working.

So she re-imagined and rebuilt the way she did business.

Since then she’s scaled two companies past seven figures, and built One of many®, a global leadership organisation boasting Certified Coaches in over 20 countries.

The premier business advisors around Australia, USA and the UK seek her counsel. Clients pay thousands for a single day of her time. She’s helped coaches, consultants and CEOs find their own leadership identity and scale with clarity, fierce strategy, financial fluency, and a refusal to accept that growth has to cost you your health, your family or your joy.

Because she’s lived that juggle too. She’s a founder, a mum, a wife.  She has lived the late nights on the laptop, juggling pings from the WhatsApp mummy groups, while sorting “what’s for dinner”, all the while growing a business that matters.

She knows that scaling isn’t just about spreadsheets,  it’s about energy, alignment, and confidence.

That’s why The Leap exists. Not to teach you to do more. To show you how to build a business that grows without demanding all of you.

The 8-pillars of a high impact business

There’s no such thing as a lucky business. The ones that scale without breaking their founder are built on eight foundations, and over two days we’ll take an honest look at all of them in yours. Where’s you’re strong, where you’re exposed, and where to put your focus first.

1. Something Greater.

Reconnect to the mission beneath the money, so every decision has something bigger pulling it forward, and your team has a reason to stay.

2. Stand Out.

Sharpen your niche, promise and positioning so you become the obvious choice, and stop competing on price.

3. Sales

Map your whole customer journey and find the leaks, so more of the interest you already generate turns into revenue.

4. Support.

Build the right team, partnerships and peers around you, so the business stops depending on you for everything.

5. Simplicity.

Strip back to a model you can actually scale, doing a few things exceptionally well instead of everything adequately.

6. Stewardship.

Get fluent in your numbers, so you can make bold decisions from confidence instead of crossing your fingers.

7. Safeguarding.

Get the legal foundations handled, so a single avoidable problem can’t undo everything you’ve built.

8. Sustainability.

Manage the most finite resource in the business, your energy and your team’s, so growth feels like a joy instead of a grind.

Who’s in the room

The details

The Leap. A two-day business intensive for capable,
busy women founders.

When: Monday 21 and Tuesday 22 September.

Sessions run 9.30am to 5.00pm each day, with drinks and networking on the Monday evening from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. (Strategy always goes down easier with a drink in hand.)

Where: Live in London. Venue to be confirmed.

Investment: £397 early bird rate (until Friday 4 September) and £497 until registration closes on Wednesday 16 September.

You might be wondering why two days with someone whose clients pay thousands for a single day costs less than a nice dinner for two.

Here’s why… This is Jo’s invitation to you. She’d rather spend two real days showing you how she works and getting to know your business. And if we all get along, perhaps she’ll invite you to the Catalyst Mastermind group.  Either way, you’ll leave with an awesome plan.

So the price is deliberately low, and the only real question left is whether you’ll give yourself the time. And if two days to maximise your profit by a minimum 10% isn’t worth your time, then this is not for you.

And 10% of every ticket supports The Hunger Project’s Unleashed Women Initiative, helping women in developing countries step into leadership and end hunger in their communities.

Ready to make The Leap?

Imagine the journey home on the evening of the 22nd. Not wrung out. Clear. You know your numbers, you know where the growth is coming from, and it’s all on one page in your bag.

The decision is made.

The priorities are clear.

For the first time in years you feel light about your business again.

That clarity is two days away. The only thing between you and it is the decision to give yourself the time.

You’ve spent long enough being the hardest-working person in your business. Come and be the wisest one instead. Because let’s be real… another year of spinning plates isn’t on your vision board.

When a woman builds a business that grows without breaking her, it frees her to build something that matters, for her family, her team, and everyone her work reaches. We need more of those women. Come and be one of them.
