All 1-1 clients commence their working relationship with Jo after a “Leap Strategy Session”.   In this session, you will meet personally and confidentially with Jo and have the opportunity to share your challenges and ambitions, and receive valuable input on your next steps.  If Jo sees she can help you, she will offer the appropriate way of working.  If not, she may recommend other coaches or consultants who will be  a better fit for you.
