When you look at your dreams/wish list, are there things on there that you KNOW you’re not doing?

Are there things you want in life, but as soon as you question WHY you don’t have them… you have a ready made list of excuses?

If you’re answering “yes” to any of the questions above, the reality of your situation is YOU are making the decision to stay small… and stuck.

Maybe you’ve always wanted your own business; to turn your hobby into a full-time business. It could be that you want to lose weight or get fit.

Theoretically you know what you need to do and what it will take to make that happen – but actually taking the action steps may be another story!

The truth is it takes ENERGY to break out of your current safe environment. You may not like what you’re currently doing, or where your life currently is, but it’s comfortable, safe and predictable.

This is why so many people find it easier to make excuses about their current situation, rather than taking action to make them a reality.

There’s also various fears and worries attached to growing and evolving – will it work? Will those around me get affected by what I’m doing? Will I lose something as a result of working towards my end goal?

When you break down these different fears and worries they will all come under three basic core issues – will I be lonely, will I be unloved and will I fail as a result of what I’m doing?

In order to grow and achieve what you want in life however, you NEED to get uncomfortable. You need to stretch yourself and expand your reach.

It’s only by pushing yourself that bit harder will you achieve what you want AND the door to other potential opportunities will open.

How can you get past being stuck and actually move yourself forward? The easiest thing you can do is take some ACTION!

Find the easiest thing you can do to take a step forward. Whether that’s enrolling in a new course, sharing your ideas and dreams with a trusted friend or making a decision to change your focus – do one PRACTICAL thing to move you forward and get past the theoretical stage and into the action stage.
